Christian Peter is the men’s version of Dagna (or a boyfriend fit for women). I love this modern XO pattern. It’s one of my favorites. The sizes are based on men’s sizing. The model is wearing the sweater with a 3-inch positive ease. The fit is boxier than Dagna.
Hans Christian was my Aunt Dagna’s husband. So, of course it includes the recipe for Aunt Dag’s Raisin Cake! You are going to love this spice cake as much as you love this sweater. Make it for someone you love because you love him (but also so you can borrow it). Bake the cake for you both. My grandma told me, “Aunt Dag always made her raisin cake as a layer cake for Sundays, but it is easier to make it in a dripper.” Don’t you just love that my grandma called a 9 x 13 pan a dripper? I do.
