This pattern can be found in issue 7 of Laine Magazine.

Marit is a fairisle cardigan worked seamlessly in the round from the bottom up until the neckband shaping, which is worked flat. Then the centre steek is cut and steeks are cut for the armholes from the existing stitches for the body. There are three colours in the pattern design, but only two colours are knitted at once.

MC: 5 (5, 6, 6, 7, 7) skeins, colourway Runo. Or approx. 980 (1065, 1160, 1253, 1375, 1455) yds / 896 (974, 1061, 1146, 1257, 1330) m of fingering weight yarn.
CCA: 3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins, colourway Mantu. Or approx. 543 (585, 637, 688, 754, 799) yds / 497 (535, 582, 629, 689, 731) m of fingering weight yarn.
CCB: 1 (1, 2, 2, 2, 2) skeins of colourway Aava. Or approx. 197 (208, 231, 250, 274, 290) yds / 180 (190, 211, 229, 251, 265) m of fingering weight yarn.
Needles
US 2.5 / 3 mm 32 or 40” / 80 or 100 cm circular needles for body, US 0 / 2 mm 32 or 40” / 80 or 100 cm circular needles for ribbing and neckband, US 2.5 / 3 mm DPNs or a 16” / 40 cm circular needle for sleeves and US 0 / 2 mm DPNs for sleeve ribbing or preferred needles for knitting small circumferences.
Notions
7 to 9 buttons (size approx 0.75” / 2 cm), 1.5 yds (1.4 m) ¾” (2 cm) wide ribbon for the inside of the button bands, yarn needle, stitch markers, scrap yarn, and sewing machine to prepare the body to cut the steeks.
Gauge and Swatch
30 sts x 30 rows to 4” / 10 cm on larger needles in stranded knitting, after blocking.
